No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds after purchase. Please check the product details carefully before buying.
Exchange Policy (If There’s an Issue)
If your laptop has a problem or defect, don’t worry! We’ll happily exchange it for a similar model if:
- The issue is reported within the warranty period. Read our Warranty Policy.
- The problem is confirmed by our team after checking the product.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact Us – Reach out to us by phone or email.
- Product Check – We’ll inspect the laptop to confirm the issue.
- Exchange Approval – If approved, we’ll replace it with a similar one.
Exchange Conditions
- The product must have our warranty stickers.
- You’ll need to show a proof of purchase (receipt).
- If the laptop has been opened, repaired or modified elsewhere, we can’t exchange it.
Warranty Information
All our laptops come with a one-year warranty.
